National Account Manager – Drive Growth. Build Relationships. ‘Shake’ the Future.

We’re looking for a National Account Manager to take our clients premium brand to the next level across Foodservice. If you love a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas actually make an impact—this is the role for you

What’s the Role?

We’re on an exciting growth journey, and as part of this strategy we’re looking for a rising star to help us expand and develop this key channel, driving the next phase of success for our business. Initially, your focus will be on hunting new business opportunities, but once you’ve secured them, you’ll own the customer relationship and lead their growth. With clear budgets, trade support, and a tailored On The Go range, you’ll have everything you need to succeed. Cross-functional collaboration with teams in Category, Trade Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Brand will be key to driving results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Winning New Business – You’ll be out there pitching, negotiating, and securing listings with key foodservice partners.
2. Growing Existing Accounts – Strengthening relationships, spotting new opportunities, and making sure our products stay top of mind (and menu!).
3. Driving Strategy – Crafting and executing a smart, impactful growth plan to expand our foodservice footprint.
4. Innovating – Working with marketing and NPD to develop creative, tailored impactful solutions that customers love.
5. Owning the Numbers – Managing pricing, promotions, and P&L to keep the business growing, profitably.
Keeping It Smooth – Collaborating cross functionally to ensure top-tier service and delivery.

6. Foodservice Pro: You know the foodservice game inside out, from wholesalers to contract catering and everything in between.
7. Relationship Driven: You’re a natural at building trust and rapport. Both internally and externally.

9. Results Orientated: You measure success, celebrate wins, and constantly aim higher.
10. Commercially Savvy – You negotiate like a pro and know how to drive profitable, sustainable growth

The Essentials:

11. Experience: Proven success in account management across the foodservice channel, notably regional wholesalers.
12. Skills: Proven experience managing P&Ls, new business development, negotiation & presentation skills.
13. Mindset: A team player with a collaborative approach, but confident managing your own responsibilities.
