We have an exciting opportunity within the Temporary Staffing Team for a full time, Senior Bank Recruitment Lead. The Temporary Staffing Service provides temporary clinical and administration staff to services across Birmingham Community NHS Foundation Trust. We aim to provide high quality Bank members to meet staffing shortfalls in clinical and non-clinical services.

Responsibilities
* Act as the Bank lead for all Bank worker recruitment and fast track processes, ensuring recruitment follows Trust and national guidelines and procedures.
* Serve as the point of contact for Bank adverts and manage Bank recruitment social media accounts.
* Manage the efficient operation of all Bank recruitment, including longlisting, coordinating division shortlists and interview panels.
* Arrange recruitment open days, panels, and ensure timesheets are checked and signed as required.
* Register new Bank workers on the Bank system and hire correctly in ESR for payroll; provide training and support to Bank Coordinators to ensure smooth hiring and termination.
* Provide specialist advice on joining the Trust Bank, including fast track applications, advertised roles, and ad hoc recruitment; keep applicants and managers informed of relevant information, including agency fees or notice periods.
* Support applicants through the process, including DBS/right-to-work assessments, handling sensitive information in line with GDPR; communicate sensitive information with tact and empathy as needed.
* Provide and manage sensitive information daily (staffing reports, Bank/agency usage, spend reports, new service implementation) to identify recruitment needs.
* Handle queries from applicants and service managers; ensure they are recorded and monitored.
* Assist new applicants with additional needs, including referrals to support services and completing risk assessments as necessary.
* Ensure new workers have access to systems and equipment before their first shift (IT accounts, uniforms, system training for timesheets/expenses).
* Liaise with the Compliance Team to ensure induction and mandatory training; escalate gaps in compliance as needed.
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Divisional management teams, HR Business Partners, and the Recruitment Team; lead or contribute to projects aimed at improving retention and recruitment of Bank workers.
* Identify and communicate issues delaying recruitment; work with Bank management, Recruitment, and service leads to develop solutions.
