We’re recruiting for an Events Operations Coordinator to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of the behind-the-scenes operations that make VIP events run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the smooth running of VIP hospitality packages from purchase to post-event follow-up
* Manage the fulfilment process, ensuring tickets, passes, and packages are prepared and delivered accurately and on time
* Liaise with clients regarding event details such as parking, dietary requirements, and ticket app access (not a high-volume call role)
* Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure every booking is executed to the highest standard
* Keep detailed and accurate records of orders, client requirements, and event logistics using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Handle any queries or issues efficiently, ensuring clients receive a first-class experience
* Support the operations team with general admin and event preparation tasks
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in administration, operations, logistics, or events (hospitality or sports/music events is a bonus)
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
* A proactive, professional, and solutions-focused attitude
* Ability to work well under pressure in a busy, deadline-driven environment
* Confident written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Well-presented, professional, and able to represent a premium brand
