We have an exciting opportunity for any person wanting to enter the electronics manufacturing industry.
Alchemy Technical Consulting is a micro company based in North Wales producing electronic circuit boards. We work with various customers and industries from lift installers to the military by consulting, designing and building end‑line printed circuit boards for control units to varying specifications, needs and requirements.
We use 3D modelling software so we can work closely with our customers to consult on their designs and make suggested recommendations where applicable. When designs are signed off and enter the build requirements onto our MRP system, the information goes to our manufacturing arm.
We expect all of our employees to have a minimal understanding of how we build our end‑line products and building will be part of your role. This will enable you to become familiar with and understand functions such as heat tolerance and transfer, resistance tolerance and transfer, placement of components for maximum output, wiring circuits (where applicable), the integration of Bluetooth transmission (where applicable), storage of components (moisture and temperature controlled), ventilation, general storage and dispatch – this list is not exhaustive.
We inspect our products before dispatch using human verification and the latest technology in AO and X‑ray testing which give us a 3D view to assess for any issues or discrepancies.
As a company we have built up our reputation through the excellent standard of workmanship, often beating our competition due to our quality, customer service and close working relationships with our customers.
