Digital Marketing Specialist Company: Cycle Pharmaceuticals Ltd Position Summary: This is a full-time position within the Marketing department, working in our Cambridge office on a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days in the office). The Opportunity We’re recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist (PPC) to execute and optimise paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms and across Cycle Pharma’s product brands, corporate brand and Cycle Vita, our patient support program. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving high quality traffic and maximising ROI through continuous performance analysis and optimisation for planned campaigns. As a proactive and data driven person, you’ll regularly review campaign performance and ensure timely adjustments are made. Collaboration is important in this role and so, you’ll work closely with Brand Managers, Designers, Copywriters and wider marketing team to ensure that we’re delivering impactful and effective campaigns. If you want to know more about what we do then, why not check out our website below and look at some of our patient stories: Patient Stories - Cycle Pharma What you’ll be doing in this role: Build and manage product focussed PPC campaigns for search, display etc across a variety of platforms (Google Ads, Zoom Info, PulsePoint, etc). Optimise campaigns continuously based on performance data, adjusting bids, targeting, creatives and budgets to meet campaign goals. Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Develop and test ad variations in collaboration with design teams to improve engagement and performance. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to inform campaign strategy. Implement A/B testing across ad copy, creatives, and landing pages. Work closely with analytics and marketing teams to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution. Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and best practices in paid media. Maintain and build good relationships with stakeholders across the business. Take ownership of assigned marketing projects, collaborating with the team and line manager to ensure timely, efficient execution and achievement of set objectives. Oversee the review and approval process for your marketing materials, ensuring adherence to SOPs and compliance with internal and external guidelines, as necessary. Provide proactive support to the marketing team, delivering on specific project objectives, prioritising the US market. The following skills and experience will be important in helping you to succeed and thrive in this role: Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, with strong expertise in Google Ads. Experience with other paid advertising platforms (e.g. Zoom Info, LinkedIn, etc). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable improvements. Demonstrated ability to proactively optimise campaigns to improve performance and achieve targets, with a focus on continuous improvement. Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns, ideally in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries. Experience collaborating with design teams to create and iterate ad creatives. Solid understanding of conversion tracking (CRO principles), bid automation strategies, attribution models, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a proactive and autonomous manner, as well as collaboratively as part of a growing team with shared goals. Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple workstreams and priorities. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, agile environment with a “can-do” attitude. Willing to learn new processes and work to procedures set within the business.
