Location: Newbury Employment Type: Full-time Salary: £13.50 per hour About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing service-related customer interactions, including repair orders and returns.You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities Process repair/work orders Arrange returns and collections, handle pricing and delivery queries Respond to customer emails and calls professionally and promptly Investigate and resolve invoice disputes Log and follow up on issue resolution, ensuring clear communication with customers Collaborate with internal teams on customer-specific and cross-functional topics Support and help train junior colleagues as needed Organise and prioritise tasks effectively across multiple processes Working Hours We operate a flexible shift pattern to support our customers effectively: 08:30 - 16:00 09:00 - 17:00 09:30 - 17:30 What We're Looking For Essential: Experience in customer service, order management, or contact centre roles Strong relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and ERP systems Ability to stay calm under pressure and work independentlyDesirable: Understanding of customer service process flows and documentation practices Experience in service and maintenance or technical customer contact Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism Working level of English Key Competencies Highly customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude Strong collaborator with high performance standards Self-motivated and proactive in identifying process improvements Acts with integrity and makes autonomous decisions confidently Willingness to adopt lean approaches and troubleshoot under pressureReady to make a difference in customer service?
