Senior Quantity Surveyor – Design & Build / Refurb & Fit Out\n Greater Manchester\n\nWe are working with a well-established design and build, refurbishment, and fit out contractor based in Manchester, delivering projects across the commercial, education, leisure, retail, and industrial sectors, with projects valued up to around £20m.\n\nDue to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account.\n\nThe role\n\nCommercial lead on design & build refurbishment and fit out projects\n\nManaging projects across commercial, education, leisure, retail, and industrial sectors\n\nFull project lifecycle responsibility, from procurement to final account\n\nManaging subcontractor packages and commercial risk\n\nCost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management\n\nValuations, variations, and final accounts\n\nWorking closely with design, delivery, and client teams\n\nAbout you\n\nProven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor\n\nStrong contractual and commercial awareness\n\nAble to manage projects independently\n\nPackage\n\nLong-term opportunity with a stable and growing contractor\n\nApply\...
