We are looking for a flexible and organised individual to join our team as a Finance & Warehouse Coordinator. This is a varied role that combines finance administration with warehouse and stock control responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounts
* Support the bookkeeper with day-to-day accounting tasks.
* Manage purchase and sales ledgers.
* Perform credit card and bank reconciliations.
* Assist with VAT preparation.
* Use Xero for accounting tasks (experience preferred).
Stock Control & Warehouse
* Manage incoming stock and deliveries, liaising with forwarders and couriers.
* Monitor and reconcile stock levels (Zedonk experience is a plus).
* Assist with picking and packing orders when required.
* Help maintain an organised and efficient warehouse.
Customer Care
* Handle customer care and email queries professionally and promptly.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in accounting tasks, preferably with Xero.
* Knowledge of stock management systems and e-commerce/wholesale operations.
* Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
* Excellent communication skills for dealing with customers and internal teams.
