Job: Quality and Control Manager
Location: Dukinfield, England, North West
Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 -16:30
Salary: £45,000 per annum
What you'll be doing
* Oversee day‑to‑day quality across all operations
* Manage and improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
* Support the HSQE Manager with ISO 18001 and ISO 45001 accreditation
* Lead internal audits and address non‑conformances
* Drive corrective and preventative actions
* Monitor quality KPIs and identify process improvements
* Train and support production teams on quality standards
* Handle customer quality issues and supplier concerns
What we're looking for
* Experience in a quality role within manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001
* Some exposure to ISO 18001 / ISO 45001
* Experience with audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
* Good written and verbal communication skills
