The hotel is home to a 3AA Rosettes awarded fine dining restaurant serving modern Scottish and British cuisine.
You must have at least 1 years Chef de Partie experience in at least a 1AA Rosette kitchen, and without this experience, your application unfortunately can't be considered for this role.
