Manpower are currently recruiting for a Temp-to-perm Dispatch Shift Supervisor / Team Leader based in Grimsby. This is a hands-on role working across dispatch supervision, forklift operations, administration, and physical warehouse work. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are prepared, loaded, and dispatched accurately, alongside Machine Operations.

* Grimsby
Shift Pattern
* Weekly rotation (Monday-Friday)
* 6:00am - 2:00pm (Week 1)
* 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Week 2)
Pay Rate
* £13.80 per hour
Key Responsibilities
* Strapping, securing and preparing pallets for dispatch
* Allocating and booking workloads
* Working across general Machine Operations using a Digital Printer (training provided)
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* Recording dispatch data accurately (dates, quantities, destinations)
* Completing dispatch paperwork and system administration
* Supervising and supporting the dispatch team during the shift
* Assisting with production work during quieter periods
What We're Looking For
Experience
* Previous experience in a dispatch, warehouse, or team leader/supervisory role
Licences
* Valid FLT Counterbalance (B1) licence - essential
Skills & Attributes
* Comfortable with physical work, including manual handling
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident with basic admin and record-keeping
* Reliable, flexible, and able to work rotating shifts
