We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual looking for a part-time role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment? We are an online retailer specializing in saunas, plumbing items, water tanks, wood-burning stoves, and more. We are looking for a key team member to join us at our office in Daventry.
This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, has a keen eye for detail, and is a great communicator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Communication: Proactively call customers to provide updates, rearrange delivery schedules, and assist with any transport-related inquiries.
* Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain customer information, order details, and sales records in our database.
* Administrative Support: Assist with general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email. Resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident telephone manner.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A proactive, positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
* Extra Hours may be applicable in the future.
Hours & Location:
* Schedule: Part-time, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
* Location: This is an in-office position at 25 Cottesbrooke Park, Daventry, NN11 8YL.
