Our client is looking for a dedicated professional to deliver top-quality vehicle servicing and testing, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership standards are consistently met.

Uncapped bonus scheme with potential to earn over £50,000 OTE
Monday to Friday working hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)

Conduct routine vehicle servicing, inspections, and repairs as part of the Service PDI Technician / MOT Tester role
Perform PDI inspections and MOT tests in accordance with manufacturer standards
Carry out diagnostics to identify vehicle faults
Maintain detailed records of work carried out by the Service PDI Technician / MOT Tester
Contribute to upholding the dealership’s professional image
Ensure all work complies with current safety and quality standards
Assist colleagues in the workshop when necessaryRequirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Servicing and Repair or equivalent
Full UK driving licence
MOT testing licence is essential for the Service PDI Technician / MOT Tester role
Prior experience in a main dealer, independent garage, or fast-fit environment is advantageous
Franchise experience is desirable but not essential
Positive attitude and a proactive approach
Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
