Supportingvideoconferencecallsincludingliaisingwithremoteofficesinrespecttothesetupandrunningofvideoconferencecalls(technologiesincludePrimeVideo/Intercall
o /BlueJeansandWebEx).
Toassist/managewithallads/moves/changes(smallworks)onsite.
Toensureanychangesareimplementedseamlesslyaspertheagreedrequirementandwithminimalimpactonthebusiness.
ToensureusersaretrainedintheoperationofAV/VCtechnologiesdeployedtosite.
Toidentifyandevaluategapsinhowtheclientusesthetechnologyandmakeappropriaterecommendationstotheclientforanyfuturechangesthatwouldprovidefurtherbenefits.
Tomonitorthequalityoftheservicesdeliveredviathetechnologydeployed.
Toundertakemanufacturertrainingcoursesasappropriatetoensureknowledgebaseismaintained.
Toensureallbreak-fixactivitiesarecarriedoutunderthecontractedtermsandwithintheagreedSLAs.
Toarrangeallpreventativemaintenanceactivitiesandproduceviahelpdesktheappropriatereportsdetailingworkscarriedoutandanykeyactivities/concernsthatmayrequirefurtherattendance/consideration.
