Location
To be considered for this role, you should live within South London and be comfortable travelling across the South West.
What will you be doing?
As an Electrical Remedial Engineer for BES Electrical, you will carry out electrical testing within the social housing industry across the North West and Yorkshire. Your duties will include testing in domestic and communal areas and completing any associated remedial works identified.
You Will
* Undertake high-quality electrical repairs and remedial works, such as distribution board changes, RCDs and socket changes
* Get involved in small projects such as EV installations
* Comply with company standards of work performance, ensuring implementation and compliance with electrical policies and procedures
* Adhere to company Health and Safety policies and procedures
* Use the CRM system and reporting software to accurately record electrical documentation
* Liaise with customers and supply chain members to provide excellent service
* Maintain van stocks and provide information to improve first-time fixes in your area
As a Remedial Engineer, You Will Get
* Starting salary of £43,000 with realistic earnings up to £50,000

To Join Our Team, You Will Need
* NVQ Level 3 qualification in electrical installation (e.g., C&G 2330, 2360, 2357, 2365)
* City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent (2394 / 2395)
* Positive, diverse and inclusive attitude towards internal and external customers and colleagues
* Flexible approach to work, willing to work overtime during busy periods
* Availability to work nights one week out of every month
* Hard‑working, conscientious electrician committed to excellent service
* Good level of computer literacy
* Full driving licence
