The Role
Monday to Friday 0830-1700
1. To ensure quality standards are maintained to customer expectations.
2. To manage finished product shelf life sample assessment and trend reporting.
3. To manage & conduct training as per site requirements
4. To conduct quality checks on incoming materials
5. To conduct quality panels / log and report quality issues to the team
6. To conduct sample collection & delivery to customers
7. To complete online quality control & paperwork verification checks
8. To manage daily/weekly/monthly factory paperwork archive
9. To conduct temperature monitoring checks
10. Support NPD trials on line
11. To provide support (including process controls) to production
12. To investigate customer complaints and production non-conformances as they arise for the site.
13. To maintain control & issue of miscellaneous food safety items(, Plasters, cable ties, pens, markers, ear defenders etc.)
14. To conduct pre-production swabbing checks - Allergen rapid and ATP
15. To manage the site training matrix & identify training requirements.
16. To conduct ongoing training including procedure updates & relevant team briefs
17. Manage Monthly Technical report generation
18. Any other duties as required.
Qualifications
19. Food related qualification
20. Familiar with BRC
21. Management of Site Customer based audits
22. Internal Auditing qualification
The Person
23. 3rd level Education Graduate Calibre
24. Experience working in a FMCG manufacturing environment
25. Familiar with BRC /FSSC22000 standards
26. Understanding of Quality Management Systems
27. Management of Site Customer based audits
28. Experienced using Microsoft packages
29. Excellent interpersonal skills
30. Ability to liaise with people (internal and external) across all levels
31. Strong organisational skills
32. Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
33. High level of literacy and numeracy skills
34. Must be flexible
