DCS Technology in partnership with our client who are a Microsoft Gold Partner consultancy we are searching for a Sales Development Consultant to join their team during a very exciting time. You will be critical in generating sales leads for a fast paced and successful sales team!
Your responsibilities day to day will be:
* Execute multi-channel outreach and prospecting campaigns to engage decision-makers.
* Proactively generate new sales opportunities
* Utilise CRM lead scoring models to prioritise outreach and maximise engagement.
* Conduct in-depth research to understand prospect challenges and tailor messaging accordingly.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and a strong sales pipeline.
* Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign strategy.
* Provide feedback on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and market insights to support continuous improvement.
Experience & Skills
* 2-4 years’ experience in Sales Development
* Proven success generating leads through multi-channel outbound prospecting.
* Strong understanding of managing the sales funnel from data sourcing through to sales conversion.
* Excellent research and analytical skills.
* Experience using tools such as LinkedIn, and platform such as Dynamics/D365.
* Understanding of or experience within the Not-for-Profit (NP) sector. (Highly advantageous)
