Our client, who are one of the UK's leading residential developers, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a new multi-phase project in South West London.
The Role:
Reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial delivery of this major scheme from pre-construction through to completion. The development is a mix of traditional build housing and low-rise apartments. This role offers early involvement in procurement and cost planning ahead of demolition and build commencement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with procurement of subcontract packages
Manage cost plans, valuations and cost reporting
Administer contracts and variations
Work closely with the SQS and wider commercial team
Liaise with technical and construction teams ahead of site mobilisationPackage:
£65k - £75k salary (DOE)
