Family Solicitor / Associate
Location: Gloucestershire - flexible hybrid
Salary: £50-65,000

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage your own caseload of family law matters including divorce, separation, financial remedies, private children work, and cohabitation disputes
* Conduct advocacy and represent clients in court where required
* Contribute to departmental growth through article writing, PR, business development and marketing initiatives
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments
ABOUT YOU
* Qualified Solicitor 3PQE+ in family law
* Experience in either divorce, finances, private children matters, cohabitation disputes
* Experience conducting your own advocacy (desirable but not essential)
* Resolution membership or similar family law accreditation would be an advantage
* Personable, empathetic, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
* Keen to contribute to business development, marketing, and team growth
