Roles & Responsibilities
* To ensure all airline products are to specification.
* Assist in continuous staff training programs.
* Responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards and appearance of all foods served.
* Organising the inventory, storage, and distribution of foodstuffs and supplies.
* To ensure and check all products are packed into the appropriate airline equipment ready for dispatching to aircraft.
* Pack carts to the required standard and in accordance with passenger numbers.
* Ensuring stock levels are maintained to the required levels and ensure production schedules are met.

* Contribute and manage within defined systems of working to ensure quality of product, service to the customer and team progression/development.

* Ensure you are aware and comply with QHSE policies and procedures.

Essential Skills
* Minimum 1 years’ experience in catering. (desirable)
* The ability to work calmly under pressure.
* Excellent communication, team work and customer service skills.
* Good literacy skills, verbal written and spoken.
* Operational awareness, understand of HACCP, COSHH, DVLA requirements and any other vehicle requirements as specified by your manager.
