About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and shape how AeroCloud’s products are positioned, communicated, and brought to market. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Customer Success to ensure our product story is aligned, compelling, and rooted in customer value.


In this role, you’ll transform complex airport technology into clear messaging, impactful content, and go-to-market strategies that help airports understand how AeroCloud solves real operational challenges. You’ll support product launches, create engaging materials for Sales and CS, and ensure our narrative remains differentiated in a competitive market.

Job Requirements


About You

· Experience in Product Marketing within SaaS, enterprise software, or a technical product environment

· Strong understanding of SaaS fundamentals, customer workflows, and value-based messaging

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn technical concepts into clear, compelling stories

· Data-driven approach with the ability to gather insights, understand customer needs, and inform GTM decisions

· Experience supporting product launches and building go-to-market materials

· Comfortable collaborating across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Customer Success teams

· Commercially aware, organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

· Knowledge of aviation systems or mission-critical SaaS (a plus, but not required)



Job Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities

· Develop and refine product positioning and messaging for AeroCloud and our core modules

· Support go-to-market plans for new products, features, and major releases

· Create high-quality, on-brand product content including product sheets, use cases, pitch decks, case studies, blogs, white papers, and web copy

· Support with industry events, webinars, and campaigns to showcase AeroCloud products and drive awareness

· Collaborate with Product to translate complex technical capabilities into customer-centric value propositions

· Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform messaging and product direction

· Build and maintain personas and segmentation frameworks for different airport types and roles

· Track and measure product marketing impact using adoption data, engagement insights, and feedback loops

· Support internal teams with ongoing product updates, training sessions, and materials
