Job Description

3. Manage written material, managing correspondence and working with the in-house events team
4. Provide comprehensive diary management and travel coordination.
5. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and briefing documents.
6. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
7. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
8. Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
9. Support the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
10. Ensure all correspondence is managed in a timely and accurate manner.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Secretary should have:

11. Previous experience in a senior support PA/secretarial role, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
12. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
15. A professional and adaptable approach to working with senior leadership.
16. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
