Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Compliance Officer to join a brilliant team based in Bradford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for progressing jobs, handling client and tenant queries and ensuring the appropriate evidence is uploaded in support. CSC Officers deliver a service focussed on reliability, accuracy, timely evidence and clear communication and escalate any issues to ensure agreed SLA's are met. What you'll be doing Process orders / jobs accurately and on time. Upload evidence on the same day, ensuring compliance is adhered to. Respond to client queries promptly and courteously. Escalate issues immediately. Support colleagues where necessary, showing flexibility. Respect tenants and represent the company professionally. Assist with andn prepare for weekly client check ins via Teams. Follow standard templates and checklists for client comms and evidence. Complete basic data quality checks. Use the daily SLA/alerts list to prioritise work, highlight at risk deadlines before they breach What you'll need Good communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail, organised and accurate Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in compliance documentation. IT literate (Excel & Teams) Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
