What we’re looking for
* Experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurants
* Hands-on hospitality management experience
* Track record of achieving P&L and KPI goals
* Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing laws
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
* Ability to share your experiences from the past 5 years and pass a criminal record check
