Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining ledger accounts for projects Support in bank and balance sheet reconciliations Assist in the preparation of quarterly UK project funding reports (cash flow forecasting) Support invoice processing and ensure alignment with approved budgets Assist in the preparation of annual statutory accounts with external tax accountants Support the review and preparation of VAT and corporate tax returns Assist in generating monthly project management reports Assist in ad-hoc reporting and variance analysis for local management requirements Support the finance team in bringing bookkeeping in-house onto Sage Intacct Perform other ad-hoc tasks as directed by management Data input Your Profile Must be AAT qualified 1-3 years of professional experience in accounting (real estate sector experience is a plus) Familiarity with Sage Intacct Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A hands-on approach with attention to detail
