As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join our Liverpool team. This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone with hands-on care experience who's ready to step into a supervisory position - or already thriving in one.
The Role
This full-time position offers a varied week, with around 50% in the field delivering care and supporting carers, and 50% office-based focusing on quality, compliance, and care planning. No two days are the same - but every day is meaningful.
Responsibilities include:
* Conducting quality checks and spot checks on care staff
* Supervising, supporting, and mentoring carers in the field
* Carrying out risk assessments and developing tailored care plans
* Ensuring compliance with care regulations and company policies
* Assisting with client assessments and care reviews
* Collaborating with the senior team to ensure high standards of care
* Participating in the on-call rota as required, providing out-of-hours support on a scheduled basis
What We're Looking For
* Ideally, Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care
* OR 2-3 years of relevant experience in a care or supervisory role
* Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* A proactive, compassionate attitude and a commitment to high-quality care
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle - this is essential
* Flexibility to work across North and South Liverpool as required
* Willingness to take part in on-call duties (with appropriate support and rotation)
Why Join Us?
* Supportive, family-run environment where you're genuinely valued
* Nationally recognised in-house training and development
* Fully funded NVQs, mentoring and support from our award-winning team
* Mileage allowance provided for travel between visits
