Summer Enrolment Assistant (Fixed Term Contract, 10 Aug - 4 Sep 2026) – Luckyn Lane Campus
South Essex College is hiring temporary enrolment assistants to support the busy student enrolment period. Applicants should have good IT literacy, customer service skills and/or data input experience. Assistants will work closely with the college information services team and gain valuable work experience in two main areas: “Meet and Greet” duties and data entry.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with student enrolment procedures, including meet-and-greet duties.
* Enter and verify enrolment data accurately and efficiently.
* Handle customer queries and provide support during the enrolment period.
* Maintain accurate records and assist the information services team as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Good IT literacy and basic computer skills.
* Experience in customer service and/or data input.
* Flexibility to work at the Luckyn Lane Campus and potential alternate locations.
* Available on 12 and 13 Aug 2026 for training and throughout the enrolment period.
* Only emergency leave will be authorised during the enrolment period.
Training & Schedule
* Training will take place on 12 and 13 Aug 2026 at Grays Campus.
* The summer enrolment period runs from 10 Aug to 4 Sep 2026.
* Additional hours may be added closer to the enrolment date.
