Please note this role has a minimum age requirement of 18. We are currently recruiting for a Support Coach Apprentice to join our HIPS (Homeless Intervention Prevention Service) team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly team, and learn from the very best. This role is 35 hours per week, paying £7.55 per hour. This will encompass one day per week of study. As this is an Apprenticeship role youwill undertake a Level 3 Peer Worker course. The role The Support Coach Apprentice will be assisting individuals to identify and overcome any barriers they may face in achieving their ambitions around housing, financial resilience, health, wellbeing and community involvement through mentoring. The Support Coach Apprentice will gain skills to be able to provide personalised coaching to assist people to transition out of difficult times e.g. homelessness, ill-health, unemployment etc. You will learn to adopt a person led approach and will hold a small caseload, responsible for working alongside individuals to enable them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
