We have an exciting opportunity within our Coventry and Warwickshire Sexual Health Service for an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to join our friendly and welcoming team! As part of your role as a Bank Administrator/Receptionist, you will assist with the provision of the Sexual Health Hub and contribute to the effective running of the clinics through the delivery of administrative tasks.
In this role, you will support the service by maintaining administrative systems and procedures, including reception duties, back-office support such as minute taking, managing incoming calls to the ‘Single Point of Access’ (SPA), and direct patient contact. You will be proficient in computerised systems for booking and tracking patient appointments and electronic records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will work with clinical, non-clinical, and managerial teams to optimise appointment capacity and monitor timeliness.
This role is based at our Swan Centre in Rugby, with some travel to other bases including Leamington Spa and Coventry. All locations are accessible and centrally located.
Main Responsibilities
* Reception duties including greeting, registering patients, booking appointments, and handling inquiries
* Using the Lilie patient management system to book, register, and track patients
* Dealing with telephone inquiries courteously
* Adhering to HCRG Care Group’s values and guidelines
* Maintaining a safe environment for all
* Participating in service developments and supporting clinical teams
* Supporting the Administration Team Lead in daily operations
The Ideal Candidate
* GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
* Collaborative and professional approach, especially regarding Sexual Health issues
* Organisational and prioritisation skills
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to multitask and demonstrate administration/reception experience
* Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
* Full UK driving license and access to a car
* Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office
Package Details
