🚀 The Opportunity
As an Account Executive, you'll work closely with Account and Development Managers, ensuring the smooth running of sales operations while delivering exceptional service to customers. This is a varied and dynamic role where no two days are the same-perfect for someone who enjoys being organised, proactive, and customer-focused.
🔑 What You'll Be Doing
Supporting field-based Account and Development Managers with day-to-day operations
Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
Managing and qualifying sales leads, booking meetings, and supporting the sales pipeline
Generating quotes, tracking opportunities, and following up to drive business growth
Coordinating product/sample requests and liaising with internal teams
Producing reports and monitoring key performance metrics
Maintaining accurate CRM records, including pricing and contact updates
Supporting market research and internal projects
✅ About You
Previous experience in a sales support, account executive, or similar role
Ideally experience within distribution or a fast-paced commercial environment
Confident communicator with a strong customer service focus
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working with data, reports, and CRM systems
Proactive, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
