You will have full ownership of our paid strategy, direct access to leadership, and the autonomy to execute without bureaucracy. What you will own You are the architect and the pilot. Your goal is to turn "cold traffic" into "sales-qualified conversations." The strategy: Design and own the paid media funnel across LinkedIn (demand gen) and Google Ads. The execution: Manage campaigns, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation. You know when to scale and when to kill a campaign. The messaging: Write ad copy that speaks human-to-human. You understand how to translate complex technical concepts (DevOps, Cloud, AI, full-stack squads) into clear value propositions. The insight: Move beyond vanity metrics. You’ll report on what matters on a monthly and quarterly basis. How we support you We know a senior part-time role only works if you have support. Design: You brief it; our design team builds the creatives. Content: You need a case study or a whitepaper? Our content team and subject matter experts provide the raw materials. What you bring to the table We are looking for a "commercial marketer", someone who thinks in pipeline, not just clicks. B2B tech experience: You have successfully marketed technical services (DevOps, Cloud, SaaS) to a UK audience. You know the difference between a "lead" and a "qualified opportunity." Platform mastery: You are highly advanced at LinkedIn Campaign Manager and solid on Google Search. Copywriting chops: You can write copy that stops the scroll. You know how to hook a technical leader without sounding salesy. Strategic clarity: You can explain why a campaign is working (or not) to stakeholders clearly and confidently.
