We are currently inviting applications for the role of Business Operations Assistant
Education & Desirable Skills/Experience:
* Degree in Business Studies, Management, Economics, Sciences, Marketing, Natural or Social Sciences, Veterinary, or Pharmacy
* Experience in marketing, especially within Animal Health or Life Sciences
* Familiarity with order processing and rebate data
* Digital marketing, content creation, SEO, or e-commerce experience
* Passion for process improvement and optimisation
* Strong analytical and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise urgent tasks
* Experience working with large data sets
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Operational mindset with a focus on timely task delivery
* Ambitious, hardworking, and dedicated
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Brand Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies across Rx and AH portfolios
* Coordinate marketing events and manage promotional materials tailored to the UK market
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure cost-effective advertising and promotional execution
* Prepare educational and training materials for field teams
* Ensure all marketing activities comply with SPCs, regulations, and industry codes
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights
* Act as local CRM administrator and support field force effectiveness initiatives
* Manage marketing assets, vendor performance, and promotional material distribution
* Assist with monthly business operations including rebate processing, customer data analysis, and reporting
* Collaborate with digital, PR, and customer marketing teams on website content and communications
