Role Responsibilities
* Assist in managing a portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients across a range of industries
* Prepare and review statutory accounts, VAT returns, management accounts, and corporate tax computations
* Be the main point of contact for client queries, building strong, professional relationships
* Support senior managers and partners with advisory projects and year-end reviews
* Oversee the work of juniors, reviewing outputs and offering mentoring and support
* Monitor deadlines, ensure compliance, and contribute to delivering a high standard of client service
* Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to process improvements

Candidate Requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualified, or finalist with strong practical experience in a UK practice
* Comfortable preparing and reviewing year-end accounts, VAT returns, and tax computations
* Confident communicator with a client-first approach
* Able to review and support junior staff effectively
* Organised, proactive, and motivated to progress in your career
* Previous experience in a client-facing or supervisory role is highly desirable
