\n As a Soft Landscaping Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
\n \n Leading and managing a team of operatives to carry out soft landscaping activities.
\n Ensuring high-quality turfing, shrub planting, tree planting, mulching, and seeding.
\n Coordinating with site managers and other teams to ensure project success.
\n Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
\n Driving to various new build developments around the South East.
