Electrical / I&C Construction Supervisor Hinkley Point C Site-Based Role | Power Generation Projects We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical / I&C Construction Supervisor to join a major site-based construction project. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to professionals with strong technical expertise in electrical and instrumentation & control (I&C) works within large-scale power or industrial projects. The Role Reporting to the Construction Manager – Electrical, you will be responsible for the safe, high-quality, and on-time execution of all electrical and I&C erection activities through to turnover for commissioning. You will lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring effective coordination, compliance, and performance across your discipline. Key Responsibilities Construction & Execution Execute the electrical and I&C erection strategy in line with the overall construction plan. Develop detailed discipline-level schedules aligned with the master project schedule. Ensure readiness of materials, tools, equipment, and site access prior to work execution. Liaise closely with engineering teams to manage and clarify all construction documentation. Supervise and manage subcontractors to deliver works safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.
