We focus on creating enjoyable and engaging experiences for young children. This role is part of the Jiggy Wrigglers Vale of White Horse which operates in the South of Oxfordshire.
Role Description
This is a part-time role for a self employed Group Leader. The Group Leader will be responsible for cooperatively planning and leading music and movement sessions for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. This includes organising and preparing session content, managing group dynamics, and ensuring a fun and safe environment for all participants. The Group Leader will also be responsible for engaging with parents and caregivers, providing excellent customer service, and promoting Jiggy Wrigglers' services and events on an ad hoc basis.
Essential:
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage and entertain young children through music and movement
* Creative and energetic approach to leading group activities
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Driving licence and own transport
Desirable:
* Experience in early childhood education, child care, or related fields
* Experience in event planning or customer service is a plus
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in early childhood education or related areas
