A fantastic opportunity exists for a Post Completions Assistant to join a progressive law firm with an excellent reputation based on the outskirts of Tamworth on a full time or part time basis.
To be considered for the Post Completions Assistant role, you’ll require the following essentials:
* Current or recent experience within a post-completions role in residential conveyancing
* Solid understanding of the Land Registry process, SDLT submissions and lender requirements
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
* Confidence in communicating with clients, solicitors, lenders and other third parties
* Proficiency in using Case Management Systems and online portals

Within this Post Completions Assistant position, you’ll also be:
o Managing all post-completion matters for residential property transactions
o Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications in a timely manner
o Handling SDLT returns and ensuring all documentation is compliant
o Monitoring deadlines to avoid delays or penalties
o Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems
o Liaising with lenders, clients and third parties to resolve post-completion queries
o Supporting the conveyancing team with administrative tasks where required
Salary & Working Hours
+ Salary is £25,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
+ This role can be full time, or part time.
