Join to apply for the Customer Service Assistant role at WMJobs. This is a part-time, permanent position with WV Active, the leisure brand of City of Wolverhampton Council, across three centres in the city: Bert Williams (Bilston), Aldersley Leisure Village (Tettenhall) and Central Baths (city centre).
Salary: £25,185 - £25,989 pro rota (Grade 3)
Hours: 14 hours per week (see shift pattern below)

Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service as WV Active’s front-of-house representative and provide a welcoming, warm, and professional environment to all visitors.
* Be customer focused and support members in achieving their fitness goals with a modern, proactive approach.
* Support the Sales & Service Manager in sales, retention and administration of memberships.
* Have an interest in the leisure and fitness industry and be knowledgeable about WV Active facilities and offers to actively sell and promote services.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Shift patterns are fixed and must be adhered to. A rota system is in place and includes early, late, and weekend shifts.
* The post is subject to essential qualifications highlighted in the person specification and an enhanced DBS check.

Shift Pattern
* Week 1: Thursday 14:15–22:15; Friday 14:15–22:00
* Week 2: Thursday 14:15–22:15; Friday 13:45–22:00
* Week 3: Monday 15:00–19:00; Saturday 07:30–16:30
