Role Description
* Manage the residential conveyancing journey—from onboarding through file closure, post-completion, and Land Registry submissions. Handle a varied caseload of freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, new-build, and remortgage matters. Collaborate & mentor: share your expertise with junior support staff and exchange ideas with colleagues.
* Maintain client-first communication: translate legal jargon into everyday language (we pride ourselves on five-star Google reviews!). Opportunities to engage in commercial work—no prior experience needed, as our senior team will guide you.
* What You’ll Bring:
* Qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with some commercial conveyancing exposure.
* Minimum 2 years’ practical residential conveyancing experience. Familiarity with case-management systems & digital ID checks.
* Confidence with Land Registry portal & SDLT/LBTT forms. A knack for process improvements. Calm, organized, and resilient under tight deadlines. Business development skills—happy to nurture referrers.
Compensation & Benefits: £45,052.00-£47,769.00 per year, plus bank holidays, extra Christmas-to-New-Year downtime, employer-contribution pension, modern office near coffee shops, and flexible hybrid options after probation.
