Job Responsibilities:
* Run several projects on one Industrial site.
* Mentor Foremen, Journeymen, and apprentices.
* Read schematics and blueprints and assist with planning of work and material ordering.
* Work on tools when needed.
* Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Electrical General Foreman.
* Strong understanding of Industrial electrical systems.
* Working knowledge of Procore.
* Journeyman's or Masters card from VA.
Salary and Benefits:
* Salary between $76,960 to $79,040 depending on experience. Overtime opportunities when available.
