Conveyancing: Consultant Solicitor & Lawyer Opportunities
Join Taylor Rose, a top 60 law firm with over 25 offices nationwide, as a consultant solicitor or lawyer in conveyancing. You will work on a consultancy, fee‑sharing basis, choosing your own clients, hours and work volume.
About the role
We are looking for individuals (or groups) with expertise in residential or commercial property, private and/or public sectors, and at least 4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE). Applicants may join as a fee‑earning consultant if they have less than 4 years of experience.
Compensation
Earn up to 75% of the billings you generate, with a guaranteed minimum split of 70%. The base pay range is discussed directly with the recruiter.

Qualifications
* Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer.
* Expertise in residential or commercial property conveyancing, private and/or public sectors.
* Minimum 4 years PQE (or less if joining as fee‑earning consultant).
