About The Role
Sales & Marketing Executive | Luxury & Bridal | Cotswolds / London
We’re looking for a proactive, creative and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing luxury fine jewellery brand, Skydiamond - part of the Green Britain Group (which includes Ecotricity).
This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who thrives across events, content, partnerships and sales - and is confident representing a luxury brand both online and in person.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing
Events (B2C & B2B)
1. Research and organise UK bridal & trunk shows end-to-end
2. Manage logistics (couriers, VM, line lists, high-value stock)
3. Support B2B events and partnerships
4. Organise agile, low-cost press events with partners (e.g. Cotswolds luxury hotels such as The Painswick)
Social & Digital
5. Schedule organic content (3x per week) + regular stories
6. Create luxury-led content (Canva/Photoshop)
7. Weekly LinkedIn posting
8. Manage paid campaign assets & liaise with digital agency
9. 1x weekly Klaviyo email + 1x monthly newsletter
10. SEO blog (1x per month, Shopify-based)
Sales & Partnerships
11. Confident hosting showroom appointments
12. Outreach to jewellers & bridal community
13. Negotiate retail/consignment agreements
14. Build strong local Cotswold bridal relationships
PR & Influencer
15. Stylist outreach & showroom appointments
16. Create press lookbooks
17. Influencer research & gifting aligned with brand positioning
18. Attend industry events as a brand representative
Campaigns & Collections
19. Product launches: descriptions, imagery, hero graphics
20. Plan cross-channel promotion (social, email, web)
21. Manage 3-month marketing calendar
Admin
22. Raise POs, manage invoices & expenses
23. Organise imagery & marketing assets
About You

24. Experience in luxury, jewellery or fashion preferred
25. Highly organised and commercially aware
26. Confident communicator (in-person & digital)
27. Comfortable working occasional weekends for events
28. Creative, proactive and solutions-focused
