LOGISTICS CONTROLLER
We have a vacancy available for a Logistics Controller to support the process application of paint onto vehicles.
The role specifically involves:
1. Daily inventory/stock check of all paints & solvents (inc 2nd tier supplier).
2. Oversee stock rotation
3. Ordering of all company materials used on site against forecasts (SAP & DBI).
4. Liaise daily with Logistics & manufacturing sites to ensure on time deliveries (within established on site delivery slots).
5. Ensure 100% of the time the site is furnished with products to ensure zero line stops attributable to PPM.
6. Establish & co-ordinate emergency response plans in relation to any potential material supply shortfall.
7. Daily/weekly liaison with Paint Shop & Manufacturing representatives to monitor planning, production & delivery forecasts.
8. Prepare, analyse & present all paint usage reports & graphs including V.O.C. reports.
9. Maintain all paint material receiving records.
10. Manage, support & control multi-site inventory reduction/optimisation.
11. Responsible for batch submission logs & reports.
12. Control shipping of all paint & panel samples to Germany.
