Technical Services Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Services Officer to join a growing technical team within a food manufacturing business. Ideal for someone looking to develop their career in food safety, quality and compliance within a supportive environment. You’ll work closely with the Technical Services Manager, supporting technical systems, documentation and audit compliance across the site.
Key responsibilities
* Managing supplier and raw material approvals
* Maintaining specifications across third‑party systems
* Supporting document control and audit preparation
* Managing consumer complaints and reporting trends
* Maintaining testing schedules and technical databases
* Working cross‑functionally with internal teams
About you
* Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG
* Strong understanding of food safety legislation
* Confident using Microsoft Office
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive with excellent communication skills
