Assistant Restaurant Manager (normally Sundays to Thursdays)
We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help to supervise food and drink service, eventually leading the Sunday service and working Saturdays when needed for holiday cover. Must have solid F&B knowledge, including wines, and a genuine interest in learning about our food and drink offer, and be able to communicate well with our customers. Full training given on the Alacer system as the candidate progresses.

The holiday allowance is pro-rata of 28 paid days holiday per annum and a workplace pension scheme is in operation. Generous staff tips are shared equitably amongst all staff via our Tronc system in proportion to hours worked.
Salary will be dependent upon experience. This is a position with great potential to progress within the company. Candidates must be locally based with their own transport. We regret that no staff accommodation is available for these positions and overseas applications will not be acknowledged.
