A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Advisor to join a fast growing business who are looking to further embed HR into their business. This is a true generalist, stand alone role, where you will support with the following:
* Review of all HR policies and processes, implementing a plan to improve
* First point of contact for HR queries into the office
* Liaising with Managers on HR policy and process advice, supporting with absence and sickness
* Recruitment and selection – supporting from offer through to placement
* Managing the onboarding process for new starters
* Supporting with the whole employee lifecycle
* Maintaining and reporting from the HR system
* Assisting with the processing of payroll

Please note this is predominantly a remote role, but ideally the successful candidate will be based in or close to the North West to allow for intermittent face to face meetings.
