Job Role: Construction & Logistics Administrator
Working Pattern: Mon - Friday, Approx 8am - 5pm
Contract length: 3 Months
Unite People are a specialist construction recruitment company, working with a reputable construction & logistics specialist company to hire an Administrator on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will join a friendly and supportive team, and be required to ensure the smooth operation of construction activities, ensuring that all administrative processes, documentation, and communications are well managed.
Duties:
* General Administration as required
* Assisting with site logistics and organisation
* Organising deliveries to customers, clients and site locations
* Organising meetings, and calendars
* Signing for deliveries and visitors
Role requirements:
* Previous administrative experience (construction site experience desirable, not essential)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ideal candidate will be able to start a full time position in October 2025. You will be asked to join either on a full time contract, or a temporary trial period contract before joining the company full time.
