We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join us in expanding our hugely popular free online short courses. This is a full-time permanent role, with a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of 1 or 2 days a week at our Head office based in Beeston, Nottingham. A DBS clearance is also required.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries and offer exceptional customer service over the phone.
* Call potential customers who have expressed an interest in our programmes and support them through to enrolment.
* Engage with existing learners to encourage progress and timely completion of their course.
* Build, maintain, and improve relationships, acting as an ambassador for CT Skills and our offering.
The Individual
We are looking for an organised person that thrives in a target driven environment and has a passion to support people on their learning journey. Excellent communication skills together with experience in working in a customer focused environment is needed. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
