Administration Officer Rochester at Gov Facility Services Ltd (GFSL)

Location: HMP Rochester
Salary: £27,945.35
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time 39hrs per week

We are seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to join our team at HMP Rochester, CATEGORY C & Male prison. We work Monday to Friday as a supportive and driven team to create a safe and nurturing environment. The Facilities Maintenance Team helps ensure smooth and safe operation, and our work impacts prisoners, employees, visitors, families and the wider community.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues from Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, Administrators, and others who are dedicated to making a positive difference and providing a safe and secure environment for all.

We are a Ministry Of Justice business providing critical and time-bound services to HMPPS, and we are looking for an Administration Officer with any combination of the following:

* Experience in using a variety of IT systems including CAFM
* Experience in a busy office environment
* Experience of working without supervision
* Knowledge of IT systems
* Up to date First Aid qualification
* Administrative experience
