Electrical Supervisor – Residential Projects
Location: London
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + Travel
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee high-quality residential projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, site-based supervisor with solid residential experience who takes pride in delivering safe, compliant, and well-coordinated electrical installations.
Responsibilities
* Supervising electrical installation works across residential projects
* Managing electricians and subcontractors to ensure quality and productivity
* Overseeing daily site activities and ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations
* Carrying out inspections, testing, and quality checks
* Coordinating with site managers, project managers, and mechanical teams
* Identifying and resolving technical and site issues efficiently
* Ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and sign-off procedures are completed
What We’re Looking For
* Strong background in residential electrical installations
* Candidates with a mixed background considered, provided residential experience is included
* Proven experience supervising electrical teams on live construction sites
* Solid understanding of electrical regulations, standards, and best practices
* Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* A track record of stability and longevity with previous employers
* Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, SSSTS or SMSTS
